The highest achievable fire classification. Single-skin solid aluminium — no core, no lamination, no combustible element. The specification choice where fire performance cannot be compromised.
The Solid Panel A1 system is precision-machined from a single skin of high-grade aluminium alloy. There is no core material, no lamination, and no combustible element — A1 is an inherent material property, not a treatment or additive.
A1 is the maximum achievable classification under EN 13501-1, and is increasingly mandated by building regulations for high-rise facades across Europe, the UK, and GCC markets.
Regulatory Context: A1 classification is required in the UK under post-Grenfell regulations (BS 9414) for residential buildings over 18m, and under EU CPR for many high-rise applications. Our technical team can advise on applicable standards for your project jurisdiction.
