System Overview

3D Core Technology

Unlike flat-fill composite panels, the X Panel system is built around a precision-formed 3D aluminium grid core — a structural geometry that delivers exceptional stiffness-to-weight performance. This enables panel spans up to 6,000mm without visible deflection, making it the system of choice for supertall towers, complex curved facades, and architectural projects where flatness and appearance cannot be separated.

The non-combustible aluminium core means A2-s1,d0 fire classification is an inherent material property — not a treatment or additive. Independently tested and certified to EN 13501-1.
